Consultation
I offer a no-obligation telephone discussion where I can answer any questions you may have and discuss how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can work for you.
Appointment Times
I offer a choice of appointment times to suit you with regular mid-week, evening, and weekend appointments available.
Availability
I aim to arrange the first session within one week, sometimes sooner. I do not keep a waiting list. If I do not have available to suit I can recommend trusted Therapists with availability..
Private Therapy
I offer private therapy to people who are self-funding or paying via private Health Insurance or Employer Funded.
The benefits of having private therapy with me;
- I aim to offer appointments within one week or when preferred, offering greater flexibility.
- I am able to offer more flexibility within sessions, typically CBT is short-term (between 6-20 sessions). However, many people seeing a private therapist like being able to choose to have more sessions, if required.
- I offer a professional, welcoming, and relaxed environment.
Health Insurance & Employer Funding
I work with private health and health insurance providers, for people who are planning to fund therapy this way or via their employer, please discuss this when enquiring.
When the health provider or employer is paying directly, invoicing and payment terms will be agreed upon with them and there may be charges where additional admin or reports are required.

*There is a £10 additional charge for appointment after 5pm or at weekends.
If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations the full session fee is owed.
