Welcome! My name is Rebecca and I work from West Malling in Kent.
West Malling is easily accessible from many areas such as Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Medway.
I offer a safe confidential environment to help you overcome the difficulties you are experiencing.
I am able to provide a range of different approaches, specialising in CBT and person centred therapy.
Perhaps you are suffering from Depression or an anxiety problem such as social anxiety or OCD, in which case I can offer understanding alongside evidence based tools and techniques you can use to overcome your difficulties once and for all.
Maybe you are holding on to something painful, that you need to be able to offload and explore in a safe nonjudgmental space. Perhaps your problems are affecting your relationships or work life. Everybody experiences things differently, and together we can come up with a treatment plan that will fit just for you and help you to progress and change the things you wish to.
Sessions are 60 mins long and I offer a free telephone consultation where we can discuss therapy and the best route forward for you.
